 Brenda F. Proctor, President & CEO: Brenda has
over 15 years of technical experience and over 7 years
of IT project management experience with a strong
emphasis in the financial area. Before co-founding Quantum
Point, Brenda was Vice President of Network Operations,
Western Region, for Key Bank National Association managing all
technological and networking processes in over 500 sites in 9
states.

 Ted Patterson, Vice-President & CIO: Concurrent
to being a co-founder of Quantum Point Technologies,
Ted held the position of Senior Systems Analyst with Key
Bank National Association. At Key Bank, Ted’s experience
spanned all areas of local and wide area network design,
installation and support. Ted has over 20 years of
technical experience in all technology related fields. Ted
has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a
major in Industrial Relations, and an Associate’s Degree in
Electronics.
