Our Desktop Support services include the installation, and support of
all functions at the desktop level. Support covers both hardware
and software issues. This support also includes peripherals such as
printers, scanners etc.
Quantum Point offers desktop support based on the client's needs.
Support is provided on an hourly basis or by purchasing a block of hours.
Clients may also contract with Quantum Point to supply in-house technicians.
Our technicians are experienced and certified with most major hardware and software
manufacturers. Certifications include Citrix, Microsoft, Lotus Notes, Easy Systms,
LaserFiche and HP Printers.
