Our network support services include the installation and support of all
functions at the server level. Support covers both hardware and software issues.
This support also includes peripherals such as network printers, scanners,
tape backup devices, etc.
Quantum Point offers network support based on the individual
client's needs. Support is provided on an hourly basis or by
purchasing a block of hours. Clients may also contract with
Quantum Point to supply in-house technicians.
